ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
Special Education Fund (SEF)

I. INTRODUCTION

The Municipality of Padre Garcia, headed by the Local School Board continuously showed their
undying support to the institution through the Special Education Fund (SEF) program as pursuant to
Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 which helps in
providing operation and maintenance, construction and repair of school buildings, facilities and
equipment and other school.

II. NARRATIVE REPORT

Bukal National High School aims to provide quality education as responsive to the Department of
Education’s mission of providing a child-friendly, gender sensitive, safe and motivating environment.
Through the improvement and development of the school’s facilities, the students can stay in a
classroom free from obstructions and dangers; spend their vacant time in the study sheds and benches
conducive for learning. The students may also ensure a well-equipped and updated facilities and
technological devices. In line with this, the need of support from the Municipal Government was
granted by the Local School Board. The Municipality of Padre Garcia contributed Php 30, 000 worth
of construction materials and Php 10, 000 for the paints. Furthermore, the Local School Board
donated another Php 50,000 worth of construction materials like light bulbs, gutter, cement, hollow
blocks and many more.

III. CONCLUSION

The funds greatly contributed a lot in improving the school’s facilities and maintaining the
conduciveness of the institution. Indeed, the program of the government aided the other needed
materials in the construction of the school’s facility.
