We, the organizing committee members of ‘GLOBAL TEACHERS CONFERENCE & MVLA
EDUCATION SUMMIT 2018’, are very happy to invite you for very special conference of selected
teachers/educationists from all States and Union Territories of India & abroad. We are very pleased to inform
you that the organizing committee has nominated you for ‘Global Teacher Awards 2018' to be presented in
the award ceremony of our conferences at Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune & Guwahati on national level
and Bangkok (Thailand), Colombo (Sri Lanka), Kathmandu (Nepal) and New York (USA) on international
level. There are eight award categories. The award consists of Engraved Medal, Award Memento,
Certificate in the form of Lakhota, Robe of honor Mahavastram & Awardee badge.
Theme of Conference 2018 is : ‘Empowerment of Teachers for Building Sustainable Global Society.’
Delegate invitation and award nomination letter has been given to those teachers/educational institutes who
have contributed a lot in their services as a teacher/professor, head of a school or college, founder of
educational institute or support person at individual & institutional level. Those who are the recipients of
International - National - State level award or any other significant award in the field of education, are invited
for the conference & nominated for the award. Detailed instructions & delegate registration form regarding
participation in the conference is attached with this award nomination letter. Kindly select ANY ONE event
city from Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune & Guwahati to attend award ceremony on national or
international level as per your choice. The venue details and other related information regarding the

1) Global Teachers Conference & MVLA Education Summit 2018 is a program organized by MVLA Trust,
Mumbai to promote and encourage commendable achievements in the field of education. MVLA Trust
organizes functions in which Teachers and Institutes from 10 specific academic fields are given “GLOBAL
TEACHER AWARDS" in 8 different award categories for significant achievements and contributions in the
field of Education. This helps to promote, encourage and recognize the teachers and teaching professionals
in their work and efforts. Eight different categories of awards are : (1) Global Teacher Role Model Award 2018
(2) Global Teacher Hall of Fame Award 2018 (3) Rashtriya Shiksha Ratan Award 2018 (4) Glory of Globe
Achievers Award 2018 (5) Pride of Nation Pratibha Samman Award 2018 (6) Rashtriya Acharya Shiromani
Award 2018 (7) Rashtriya Guru Gaurav Vidhya Ratan Award 2018 (8) Life Time Achievement Golden Peacock
Award 2018. The award ceremony will be at the hands of the honorable guest of the conference.
THEME OF CONFERENCE 2018 : ‘Empowerment of Teachers for Building Sustainable Global Society.’
2) Delegation Charges for Event Management per Nominated Awardee Person for Conference is Rs. 3,500
INR (INR Three Thousand Five Hundred). If any additional person wishes to come along with the nominated
awardee person then additional person Co-delegate charge will be Rs. 500 INR (INR Five Hundred) per head.
3) Those persons who are invited for the Conference and nominated for the award ceremony should fill up
the delegate registration form of the Conference and deposit delegation charges as specified to register their
names as awardee delegate of the Conference. Global Teacher Awards and Conference will be held at 2
levels. On national level conferences and award ceremonies will be at Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune and
Guwahati. On international level conferences and award ceremonies will be at Bangkok (Thailand), New York
(USA), Kathmandu (Nepal) and Colombo (Sri Lanka). Schedule of conferences is given on page no. 1. Global
Teacher awards will be given to individuals & institutions. Nominations are given to the individuals or
institutions by the organizing committee to seek their consent to attend the ceremony as a registered
awardee delegate to receive award.
4) Delegate form is attached with this Awardee Nomination letter and last date for registration of awardee
delegates is within 30 days after the delivery of this letter. Delegates are requested to fill up all the columns in
the form, send copy of earlier award Certificate if any, Brief Bio-data, 4/5 pictures highlighting activities &
achievements, copy of Aadhar card or Election card, attach deposit slip of delegation charges m entioned in
this instruction page and send these documents through Whats App OR E-mail. There is NO NEED of sending
hard copies via registered/speed post. Kindly support our move to accept digital documents/soft copies via
what's app or email. WE REQUEST ALL AWARDEE DELEGATES NOT TO SEND HARD COPIES TO US.
5) Delegates who don't have what's app and e-mail facility to send their documents can send their hard

8) Food-Transportation-Accomodation services are NOT INCLUDED in delegate registration fees. All
delegates are instructed to make arrangements of their journey from their home town to event city and return,
accommodation in event city and food services etc. by their own efforts and costs. The organizing committee
is not responsible to arrange any food, accommodation, transportation services as a part of education
meet/Conference program. The Organizing committee of Global Teachers Conference & MVLA Education
Summit 2018, MVLA Trust, has handed over all responsibility & rights for managing this event to Event

9) The delegate registration amount is non refundable & non transferrable for any reason whatsoever.
Registered delegates who could not attend the award function can request for postal delivery of award
material by paying postal parcel charges. Delegate registration charges Rs. 3500/- Plus Postal Charges Rs.
600/- are applicable. Award material will be dispatched through post after 30 Days.
10) After receiving delegate form and delegation charges from the delegate, organizing committee will send
the awardee delegate registration letter with delegate registration number through e-mail and what's app
within 3 working days. Detailed Conference Program with personalized Invitation Card, Entry Pass, Venue
details etc. will be communicated through email or what's app 25 days prior to the event selected for receiving
award. For security reasons aadhar & photo Identity proof is mandatory. Kindly co-operate manual/machine
frisking if required at the event. All rights in respect of organizing this conference & award event has been
reserved with the organizing committee of MVLA Trust. Decision taken by the organizing committee will be
