    SUBJECT : Installation of three (3) downpipes at the hallway between NCB-PET
    Line 8 and CSD-RGB Line 4

    INSTRUCTION:

    To compensate for the insufficiency of the elevation of collecting pipe which causes standing water
    at the roof gutter and unmanageable leakage, Sir Walton agreed with the suggestion to install
    additional downpipes at the hallway between NCB-PET Line 8 and CSD-RGB Line 4 to solve the
    issue.

    REMARKS:

    Upon installing the downpipes, it is more observable that the solution is a success.

    This Field Instruction (FI) is issued to the Contractor for deviations in plans and specifications that are
    without cost and time implications.
