• Case : ผู้ปว่ ยหญิงตั้งครรภ์์ G5P3A1 GA 33wk อายุ 34 ปี
• Chief complaint : ปวดศรษะปวดศีรษะ 6 hr

Present illness
• 6 hr PTA ผู้ป่วยมีีอาการปวดศีรี ษะบริเวณขมัับ และเบ้้าตา ลักั ษณะปวด
ตื้อๆ ปวดตลอดเวลาไม่มชี ่วงที่เบาลง กินพาราแล้วไม่ดีขึ้น ไม่มปี วดร้าวไป
ที่อื่น มีคลื่นไส้อาเจียน รู้สึกว่าชาแขนขวามา 1 อาทิตย์ ไม่มีตาพร่ามัว ไม่
มีท้องแข็ง ลกดิู ้นดี ไม่มีน้ําเดิน ไม่มีมูกเลือดจากช่องคลอด ไม่มีจุกแน่นลิ้น
ปี่ ไม่มแี น่นหน้าอก ไม่มหี ายใจหอบเหนื่อย

• Abdomen : fundal height ¾ above umbilicus (32 cm), large
