Who We Are / What We Do

About Us: We’re a company with more than 20 years experience in the Essential Oil industry, dedicated to bringing you the finest Therapeutic Quality
Essential Oils and Absolutes from around the world. As part of our effort to provide you with only the best and freshest essential oils possible, we obtain
our Essential Oils and Absolutes in small batches so that the oils are as fresh and long-lasting as possible. We then bottle your oils only after we receive
your order. Each order is bottled by hand and custom packaged by our small crew here in our workshop in North Carolina. Most order are shipped
the same or next day. You can generally expect a shelf life of two years for most essential oils if stored properly (cool & dark) – more for resin oils like
frankincense & myrrh / less for citrus oils like orange and lemon.

Goals: One of our goals is to change the model used by most essential oil sellers that purchase all of their oils from only a few large essential oil
distributors. Instead, we search for small growers and wild-crafters that produce their own essential oils and/or absolutes as a first choice, opting for
larger grower / suppliers only when smaller ones are not available. Quality is always our main criterion for choosing any essential oil - never just price.

Better Quality: Our oils are better because we carefully source them, buying direct from producers whenever possible or from larger sourcing
companies that are reputable and reliable and whom we've dealt with for years. Once we locate direct producers of essential oils, we purchase samples
that we test and then we select the essential oils that we feel are the very best. We never purchase any industrial, food or pharmaceutical “grade” essential
oils which are lower quality than the therapeutic quality essential oils that we select.

Experience: Our owner, Ivan G Prim, was one of the first purveyers to specialize in therapeutic quality oils since we started importing them in the 1990's
before there was much attention paid to quality. Our company has changed names since the early days but our sources and quality are still the same. We
sell our therapeutic quality essential oils, essential oil blends and massage blends to many rehab facilities, hospices and nursing homes. Our business is
deliberately small and “hands on” with just a few well qualified employees. We do not have a big marketing team and do not spend a lot of money on
advertising or distribution networks. We rely on internet search engines, customer referrals and repeat buyers and that is why we are able to sell
therapeutic quality essential oils at reasonable prices.

Flexible - Retail/Wholesale/Practitioner/Bulk/Private Labeling: Because we are a small company, we are also flexible. Most of our
essential oils are sold in 1/2 oz. bottles with euro-dropper inserts but we can also bottle in other sizes, smaller or larger, with or without dropper tops. For
large orders, like from hospital groups or from private label customers, we offer custom packaging / bottling – choose any size container (from 1ml vials
and up) and any type or size of label and any type of cap. We can also supply MSDS info on the essential oils as well as comprehensive data sheets.

Expertise: Our consulting clinical aromatherapist is Joie Power, Ph.D., who has an Online School that teaches courses in clinical aromatherapy
for healthcare practitioners: www.HighlandsNaturalHealing.com. Dr. Power, a retired neuropsychologist and one of the most respected aroma-
therapists in the country, has been published in major aromatherapy journals here and abroad, and has been a featured speaker/presenter at NAHA.
