SPECIFICATION-I

FOR DEVELOPMENT, CONSTRUCTION & FURNISHING WORK

a) Basic structure of building shall be R.C.C. frame {M-25 GRADE, EARTHQUAKE
RESISTANT} & load bearing walls as per structural detail provided by architect.
b) All construction will be done as per laws.
c) All structural material will be as per the drawing prepared & signed by the professional
architect/civil engineer.
d) Experience & competence of labor, subcontractors & suppliers.
e) Durability of construction.
f) Originality of A class branded materials & ensuring that fake brands are not used.
g) Quality of workmanship (masonry, structure, electrical wiring & fitting, woodwork, stone,
sanitation, overall finishing etc.)

STRUCTURE FINISHING:

a) 1' height from earth/road level & digging foundation as per requirement.
b) Bricks are A-ONE first class quality.
c) 1:4 material in foundation.
d) 9” wall with 1:4 material above foundation.
e) 4” wall with 1:4 material.
f) R.C.C contain I cement, 2 dust, 2 aggregate (20mm) column in
foundation, fold stairs etc.
g) Stone dust Golden yellow to be used for brick laying plastering etc.
h) Stone dust:- blue stone to used for columns beams & RCC work.
i) Good quality of aggregates is used for construction
j) Shuttering (column & beam bottom & roof in ply) for all concrete work
in roof & column etc.
k) Plaster: roof : 1:4 - 1 cement, 3 sand (ret), 1 stone dust
Walls : 1:4 - 1 cement, 4 sand (ret), 1 stone dust
l) Steel bars - Rathi steel is used for columns, roof, beams etc,
m) Anti termite treatment with minimum 1 years guarantee using emulsified.
Chloriphos ( aldirin no to be used) in correct proportion by professionals.
n) Outer side plaster 1:4 material .
o) To prevent cracks due to expression, murga jail to be used between
pillars/walls & beams/walls.
