I, AILEN S. VALLESPIN, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Codon, San
Andres, Catanduanes do hereby APPOINT, NAME, and CONSTITUTE, DORIS L. VARGAS,
Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident Mayngaway, San Andres, Ctanduanes, as my true
and legal representative to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To represent me in filing my loan at Manila Teachers Mutual Aid System;

2. To sign for and submit all documents necessary therefor;

3. To receive the proceed of said loan.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority to
execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the power above given, as though
I myself have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that she may do by virtue hereof
