Objective
To be able to mold students to become scholarly hard-working adults in the future, while engaging, and exciting
students in the classroom this will be accomplished by creating a curriculum that will empower students to use
social justice while still teaching young scholars the essentials and experience that are needed to conquer and

TUTOR | PROJECT REACH | OCTOBER 2015-MARCH 2019
I work with grades ranging from k-3rd grade in the Compton Unified school district as a second party to
help students develop essential reading skills in the classroom. I assist students in phonemic
awareness, and phonological awareness skills. I assist students with these skills by placing them in
groups based on where they score on the assessment that I provide.
Swing Education
I substitute in many different school sites in Los Angeles. I substitute for Teacher Assistants as well as
teachers in many different age groups.
