10:00 a.m. Washed face/Brushed Flat 10 minutes High; needs to be done as
teeth soon as I get up. It supports
my goals to wake up fresh
in the morning by making
me feel clean.
10:10-10:35 Showered Refreshed 25 minutes High; have to have one
a.m. every day and/or every
other day. Helps me
support my goal to always
keep a proper hygiene.
10:35-11:20 Personal care Confident 45 minutes High; makes me feel better
a.m. going into day. It supports
my goals of keeping
confidence in the way I feel
and look.
11:20-11:50 Go to grab a coffee for Energetic 30 minutes Low; not something that is
a.m. myself/family needed to do but it is
something I enjoy. It
doesn’t support any of my
goals, and yes it is a
distraction as I am stepping
out of the house but like I
said it is something I enjoy
and it makes me somewhat
more awake so I do it.
11:50-12 p.m. Drive home Flat 10 minutes Medium; gets me home. It
doesn’t support anything as
it’s just transportation.
12-12:15 p.m. Texting Relaxed 15 minutes Low; just a form of
communication. Doesn’t
support as it is distracting,
and not very productive but
it makes me happy and
aware of the people I care
about.
12:15-12:50 Started Activity Log Alert 35 minutes High; as it is homework, it is
p.m. assignment always a high priority to get
done. Yes it does support
my goals for high grades
and keeping on top of my
deadlines by completing
and starting ahead on work.
12:50-1 p.m. Time on social media Flat 10 minutes Low; this is done out of
boredom/entertainment.
This doesn’t support my
goals considering that it
takes me away from them.
1:00-3:00 Went for bike ride with Energized 2 hours High; Fitting
p.m. boyfriend and family healthy/physically active
activity in. It supports my
goals to keep this way as
best as I can.
3:00-3:20 Went home Tired 20 minutes Medium; gets us home.
p.m. Doesn’t support anything as
it is transportation.
3:20-11:20 Spent time with boyfriend Positive 8 hours High; enjoying any time
p.m. and family at home, had with my loved ones counts
dinner, watched tv for me and is something to
together always prioritize. It does
even support my goals as
for keeping involved in their
lives and still very close
even during this busy time
of both school and working.
11:20 p.m- Sleeping Tired, once 10 hours High; needing rest to have
9:20 a.m. awake lots of energy the next day.
Refreshed Yes, it supports my goals of
trying to maintain a decent
sleep schedule during
school.
9:20-9:45 Morning routine/Showered Refreshed/ 20 minutes High; gets me awake and
