Educational Qualification: BE, MBA

Travel Requirements: India and abroad as per project requirements

Job Description

 Conduct feasibility study for upgrading Core Banking Solution (preferably Finacle v10.x/ v11.x)
 Implementing/ advise on Core Banking Solution (Min 2 life-cycle Preferably Finacle v10.x/ v11.x)
Business analysis experience with functional understanding and exposure of working on Core
banking application will be an added advantage
 Conduct meetings and discussions with stakeholders to understand and capture their business
and functional requirements
 Illicit business requirements and preparing BRDs, process maps & process designs
 Understand business processes (banking) along with the IT architecture and systems landscape
 Organize and lead requirement workshops with business stakeholders, vendor teams, IT teams,
client internal teams working on the project
 Drive best-practices, recommend end-to-end solution designs and data flow architecture (across
multiple channels, platforms and data sources) based on business needs
 Experience in test planning, strategy and execution will be an added advantage
 Engage with relevant IT staff and/or business to clarify/understand the requirements and
propose solutions
Essential Skills

 Knowledge on Core Banking systems with expertise on one or more specific modules
 Strong domain knowledge of banking operations (Retail, Commercial, Cards, Digital)
 Strong project management & business planning skills
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with responsibility for overall client relationship
management during the project
