Job Title: SAP Technical - ABAP

Minimum / Mandatory Qualifications


Business/Functional (Knowledge/Experience):
 Worked on at least one implementation project of the most recent version
 Has experience working on RICEFW (at least 4 areas) or Portals or PI or MDM
 Is familiar with OOPs Concepts

Technical Skills (Knowledge/Experience): (Include tools, methodologies, processes)


 Worked in all the core areas Viz. Reports (including ALV), Interfaces (file based, Optional - IDOC, ALE etc.),
Enhancements (User Exits, Customer Exits, BADI, Optional -BTE, enh. Fram. etc.,), Forms (SAP scripts, Smart
forms, Optional - Adobe forms etc.), Conversions (including BDC, BAPI, Optional -LSMW etc.)
 Functional knowledge in FI, MM and SD

Job Roles & Responsibilities:


Consultant
 Worked on at least one implementation project.
 Good understanding of the Functional Processes.
 Worked on RICEFW objects.
 Has written Technical specification document
 Has peer reviewed documentation
Senior Consultant
 Worked on at least two implementation projects
 Should have a good understanding of the Functional Processes.
 Worked on RICEFW objects.
 Client facing experience required
 Has reviewed Functional Specification document and written Technical specification document
 Has peer reviewed documentation
 Understands the process or methodology used to implement a project
Manager
 Worked on at least three implementation projects.
 Good understanding of the Functional Processes.
 Worked on RICEFW objects.
 Client facing experience required
 Has reviewed Functional Specification document and written Technical specification document
 Understands the process or methodology used to implement a project
 Has created / maintained project plans, risk management plans, status reports, etc.
Has reviewed project documentation
Project Management (Knowledge/Experience):
Consultant
 Has worked with small and large teams
Senior Consultant
 Has worked in small and large teams
 Has functioned as a Process Lead / Team lead / Project Lead
 Has estimated effort and resources required for a process / requirement
 Has given and received feedback for performance
Manager
 Has worked in small and large teams
 Has functioned as a Team lead / Project Lead
 Has estimated effort and resources required for a project / engagement
 Has given and received feedback for performance
 Has managed work plan and risks
