Scope of Work:
1. DT routes with maximum route length 500 km
2. Five (5) operators: TELKOMSEL, XL, INDOSAT, H3I, SMARTFREN
3. Idle & Dedicated Mode DT:
• 2G idle Mode
• 3G idle Mode
• 4G idle Mode
• 2G Dedicated Mode: Rx Level & Rx Quality & DL Throughput
• 3G Dedicated Mode: RSCP & EcNo & DL Throughput
• 4G Dedicated Mode: RSRP & SINR & DL Throughput

MS System Methods
1 2G idle idle
2 3G idle idle

4 2G dedicated dedicated, short call
5 3G dedicated dedicated, short call
6 2G dedicated DL throughput
7 3G Dedicated DL throughput
8 4G Dedicated DL throughput

4. DT rules:
• Short call dedicated 120 s/10 s
• Call to free toll number and cost of consume data
• All route must have measurement data.
• Locked per technology (2G, 3G & 4G)
5. Reporting Document
a. Drive Test log file
b. Drive Test Result Plot bining 5x5 in MapInfo format (.tab) and Google Earth
(.kml)
• 2G: RxLev & RxQual (idle & dedicated)
• 3G: RSCP & EcNo (idle & dedicated)
• 4G: RSRP & SINR (idle & dedicated)
• Downlink Throughput for 2G, 3G and 4G data
c. DT Report in powerpoint, follow Protelindo format (incl. excel sheet with
recommendation of add site for each operator)
• Reason of bad spot (coverage, quality, capacity)
• Summary events (drop call, block call, hand over failed, etc.)
• Recommendation (physical and parameter optimization, add/split cell, built to
suit)
• Additional information: POI, potential market per bad spot
