What message would you like to impart regarding each of our employee’s role in the Propel
Strategy?

Philam has always shared a strong commitment to doing the right thing
and producing outstanding results. It is my privilege to be able to share this message to
you today as you embark towards the next step in the propel strategy. Most of you may
see this strategy as something that can only be worked on by top level management. This
is not entirely true. From the moment our customers know about our brand, you
contribute to Propel. After enabling our customers to avail our products with ease, you
do contribute to Propel. When you take care of the customers the way you take care of
each other as colleagues, you all contribute to Propel. Finally, when our customers make
use of our products that best fit their needs, you fully live up to the Propel Strategy
expectations.

What do you think is the importance of Customer Centricity in achieving our goal to level up
from others to Major players and from just ahead to being Undisputed?

Customer Service Excellence, Customer-Led Transformation, Customer Centricity –

different terms, different group offices, all headed towards one goal. Our different offices
may have various approaches to the Propel Strategy but we are all headed towards the
same direction, to Major and Undisputed success. Being able to perform above and
beyond expectations to give our customers the best experience, no matter how big or
small the effort, is supremely vital for our organization’s success as a whole.

In line with our “I Make It Possible” rally , do you have any motivational message to all of our
employees to inspire them to follow through with this commitment?
Circumstances may not always favor you somewhere along the journey, but what counts is
being able to cope with it and conquer your goliaths. There is no big a hindrance or too small a
role. As long you all have that strong desire to make a difference and to help the people
around you live healthier, longer and better lives, you can make it possible.
