We can not approve your credit application at this moment. However, that does not mean that we

can not conduct business with you on a cash basis only. After a period of six months after the

first credit application was denied you will be able to submit another application.

To place orders C.O.D. or when using cash, the customer must go to one of our branch offices in

person and place the order manually. One of our representatives will have an application on hand

for you to fill out listing quantities of the products you are purchasing and the price them. Then a

receipt will be issued to you. Keep all receipts for proof of purchases.

Reason for Denial:

A) The company does not have a sufficiently long enough credit history

B) W&A requires at least five years’ worth of positive credit reports for all new business line or

credit customers.
