1. To attend the Zonal Public Hearing /Consultations on the Proposed Policies,

Standards and Guidelines on the Implementation of Tertiary Physical Education
(Fitness and Wellness Courses).

2. To perform other related tasks.

Report of accomplishments/activities hold be submitted to this office as a basis of the

liquidation of your travel claims, subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
Travel on Official Time requires the submission of accomplishment report within one week after
the travel.
