본 국제고용계약은 DAE IL LANKA (Private) Ltd 대표자 이광욱 (이하 A 라 한다)과 서동균
DAE IL LANKA (Private) Ltd 의 투자자일 뿐으로 본 고용에 관련하여 아무런 상관이 없다.
Party "A" hereby employs Party "B" under Party "A" ' overall controls. This contract does bear no relation to DAE
IL ELECTRIC INDUSTRY Co., Ltd in Korea as Only investor for DAE IL LANKA (Private) Ltd.

3) 급여 조건
① "A"와 "B"는 스리랑카 루피화로 급여 계약을 하고, 급여 지급은 스리랑카 Standard Chartared
"A" and "B" shall make a agreement the salary in Sri Lanka Rupee. And Salary payment shall be paid in
LKR every 10th Day each month based on US$ selling rate of standard chartered bank Colombo branch
일체 회사에서 관여 하지 않는다.
Personal income tax, personal burden and EPF by Sri Lanka law shall be borne on individual and
Remittances to their country does not participate in any company.

Additional overtime payments and allowances shall be not paid and any personal cost of living.
4) 퇴직급여 조건
퇴직급여를 받는다
The retirement benefits shall govern by the pertinent laws of Sri Lanka. When Success 1 year working or
Finish Project clearly, Company has to pay retirement payment 1/2 month salary.
5) 보험 조건
전액 부담한다.
Personal Life and medical Insurance in accordance with the host government without cost to the worker. It shall
be taken on employer's burden
부담한다
Party "B" is subject to 3(Three) months probation period within which "B" can terminate his
services without prior notice, if found unfair for the job. If "B" terminates the contract within that
period, he shall shoulder all expatriation expenses and cost of round trip ticket.
Party "B" can get regular vacation every 4 months, Company should take a responsible air-ticket but No pay
additional vacation expense for Party "B". But Party " B" execute his regular vacation after 6 months, Company
should pay him/her $ 1,500 for vacation expense.
비용을 자가 부담한다.
The party "A" has the right to terminate this contract without any notice or compensation, if the party "B"
fails to fulfill his obligation under this contract as below; , or if he commits an act whereas application of Sri
lanka labor law becomes imperative. In such case, The party "B" shall shoulder his repatriation expenses.
1) 허가 없는 근무지 이탈
Leaving the workplace without permission
2) 3 회 초과의 경고장
Warning of more than 3 times
3) 중대한 질병 및 전염병 및 성병 발생 시
In the event of serious illness and infectious diseases and sexually transmitted diseases
4) 교통사고 등 중대한 인사사고를 유발 시킬 경우
Cause serious personal injury accident like traffic accident
5) 회사의 중요한 기밀 및 정보를 타인 이나 타 업체에 유출 시킬 경우
Disclose confidential information of the company to another person or another company,
6) 법률을 위반하여 형사 처벌 될 경우
Criminal penalties by violation of the law
7) 물리적 충돌을 유발 하거나 분쟁을 유발 시킨 경우
Causes crashes or lead to physical conflict
8) 상관의 명령에 불복종 하거나 지시를 거부한 경우
Any disobedience to the commands, or if refuse an instruction
9) 업무 수행 능력이 부족하여 업무에 지장을 초래 할 경우
If you lack the ability to perform work to hinder the work
