1.) #BeARam – The group also advocates how being a Ram or simply
being part of the APC community would help you become the person
you want to be. Though APC accepts diversity through the four
schools, students also have something in common which is being a
Ram. The key blade symbolizes the endless opportunity for the APC

Float Production
The float will be built on a plyboard base. For the castle, PVC pipes
and wire will be used to build the frame. The PVC Pipes will be used for the
main outer frame while wire will be used to fill the spaces in between and
keep the castle sturdy. Rubberized foam will be used for the exterior of the
castle, the foam will be cut, heated, bent, and hardened as required by the
castle's structure. The castle will also have flags and banners made from
cloth. There will also be fireworks shaped LED strips above the float. This
Four Disney princesses will also be crafted to sit on the balcony of
the castle. These princesses will represent the different schools in APC and
they will be sculpted using a foil core, a wireframe, and clay. They will then
be dressed and accessorized as the four Disney princesses that will
represent the APC Schools of Management, Engineering, Multimedia Arts,
will wear identical king costumes and will be carrying key blades that differ
from the rest. The keyblades are to be made using PVC pipes and foam. the
PVC pipe will act as the main frame of the blade itself and the foam will be

A letter written in an old scroll will determine if you have the qualities of
being a true Ram. Only true Rams are qualified to play the game. “Bibbity Bobbity
Pong” requires four players divided into two teams. One player from each team will
shoot a ball in a cup while maintaining eye contact with the opponent to decide
characters. Each team will throw the ball in the corresponding Disney cup. The
To make the game more exciting there would be three power-ups placed in
three random cups. The power-ups are skip turn, move closer to the opponents’
power-up they may use it. Players would be given another chance by answering a
Disney trivia and getting a rainbow ball which is compatible in any cups.
There is also a Disney-themed photo booth for the participants to
commemorate their experience in our booth. The winning team will receive prizes
while the losing team will have to face a consequence determined through a
roulette.
Promotional Procedures
To effectively and efficiently promote the event, the group wants to initiate
both Social Media and Interactive-based promotion. Students came up with the
idea of making its own social media page. From there, updates, teaser, and different
mini-games are to be conducted and spread throughout the APC Community. An
interactive-based promotional will be held around the school premises where the
team will hide mickey cutouts on different locations. Participants that will find
hidden mickeys will have a reward which can be redeemed in the booth. The group
also initiate a during-event promotional where each of the member will have to
hairband and also the whole team will wear black shirts for uniformity. This will
help make the atmosphere and mood of the event fun and exciting.
