Situation Currently Customer was using Reinforcement Pad from Competition.


Crack issue were getting observed frequently.
Crack marks were visible after TCF -Final Assembly which was creating Quality Hold for
Vehicle dispatch.
Lot of rework activity leading to additional cost & manpower.
Previous Method Used Henkel Has suggested EP1414 Structural Pad which had given better performance.
Customer has taken bulk trail on 10 Vehicles & Results were found satisfactory.
GMI has implemented our EP 1414 Pads immediately & were very happy with
performance.
Concerns with Previous Method - Craks
(Strenghts and Weaknesses) - Quality Issue
- Lot of Rework & vehicle hold
Advantages of Henkel Solution - 100% Crack issue resolve.
- Better Performance
- No Additional Manpower
Performance Expectation and GMI was able to achieve their JPH Target with our EP1414.
Testing Procedure As their was no rework & quality Hold.
