Agreement: -
With reference to your application followed by an interview, we are pleased to offer you a position as a Mystery Shopper
on Offer Letter, on the following terms and conditions: -

1. This offer is being made on Daily wages on the communicated area of work.
2. Your employment will commence from the date of acknowledgement against this letter and you will
report to Operations Lead or any of his nominees.
3. This contract will be starting from the date of your acknowledgement and valid till one month’s time
(30days)
4. This Contract will be renewed (with mutual consent) on its expiry. However such renewal will be
considered on the basis of your satisfactory performance.
5. The contract unless renewed will automatically be expired on the completion of the activity, without any
prior notice to you.
6. You will be conducting the activity on behalf of Abacus Consulting and you are bound to uphold the
integrity of the Name.
7. You will be responsible for strictly practicing the given training.
8. You will be responsible for the company asset (Bluetooth camera & memory card), any damage or loss
would be charged against your remuneration.
9. You are bound to use the device only where you are authorized. Company will not be responsible for
the consequences resulted due to unauthorized use.
10. You are bound to keep all the data (reports & videos) confidential. Company has the right to pursue
legal action in case of data leakage from your side.
11. You will be paid Rs 1000/- per Branch
12. Dues will be paid only if you complete the given target within stipulated time period with quality work.
Same task would be repeated by you in the same charges agreed, If work produced is not as per given
guidelines/requirements,
13. Payment will be paid through Bank Alfalah (X-pin) within 20 – 30 Working days only after the
successful completion of the activity.
14. The dues will be subject to EOBI deduction according to the Pakistan Labor policy (Old-age benefits
act, 1976).
15. Your employment will be governed by the existing service rules and regulations of the company and as
may be amended from time to time.
16. Please reply “Acknowledged” to the email sent to you as token of having accepted the above terms
and conditions and send us the same within a day of receiving this letter.
17. Kindly note that in case if we do not receive your acceptance copy of this letter by the due date then
this offer will stand cancelled.
