Commitment to the Profession F D C B A

Comments:
Your MST is happy to have you and she explained that you always come on time
and you support her with everything. She also said that whenever she asked you
to work on something to improve your lesson, you do it directly. Good job =)

Planning for Learning F D C B A

Comments:
You sent your lesson plan a day before which gave me time to look at it before I
came to your classroom. I’ve noticed that your learning objective stays the same.
For this lesson, you LO should be students will be able to draw different types of
buildings by using 3D shapes. In the key vocabulary words, you didn’t use these
words because your focus this time is different.

Managing Learning F D C B A
Comments:
You forgot to set a time for the activity, especially if students will rotate the
activities to try them all
Good to answer all the students’ questions to let them understand better

Implementing Learning F D C B A
Comments:
You started the lesson with reviewing the last class. Then you showed them a
worksheet and a picture of the Math city. The students were excited to the lesson.
Then your teacher explained the centers because if you did it the students will be
confused. Then you moved to your group and sat with them to explain the activity
step by step.

Reflection on Practice F D C B A
Comments:

After the class, you said that the students liked the lesson. Next time, you will focus on
time and behavior management.

Good to have extra activities for students to do to keep them busy. You should change
your learning objective and it should match the activities that you created. You should
also set a timer for the students if you want them to try the rest of activities. If you are
the one who created the activities, then you should make sure that students follow
instructions step by step (like what the teacher and what you did).

Action Plan:
Put a learning objective that fits your activities

Set a timer to let students work faster and with concentrating at the same time
