Overview of the Lesson: English class integrated with Math "tall and short, more and less."
Measurement.
Mouza started her session with a Hello song, and students finally did the TPR and sang along with the
video. After that, she played the UAE National Anthem, which I thought should be the first thing to do.
The Anthem from the PPT did not work, so she had to use another link to play the Anthem. The third
video was about the week's days, and she started to ask questions about the days.

She began by measuring the classroom objective to introduce short-tall and more-less. She played the
Big and Small Story animated video. She asked engaging questions to check students' comprehension of
the story. After the story, Mouza showed PPT with pictures and asked questions to measure each object
using short-long, big-small, and short-tall.

She showed different objects and asked students to compare. She had many prepared realia for
students to compare using the right vocabulary. She asked the students to bring items from their
surroundings to compare one of the hands-on activities. She did the rewarding techniques to the
winners who managed to get items within one minute.

Mouza used the Wheelnames to randomly select students to fully engage in the activities. The students
worked in teams to categorize objects under Big and Small, Tall-Short, More-less, and Long-Short
columns. They had to select the pictures and move them to the big-small columns.

She gave homework for students to complete the Quizizz. She ended her session with a goodbye song,
and all the students were singing along.

Action Plan:
Planning for Learning:

 Mouza needs to prepare more student center activities.

 She needs to think about her lesson organization, like starting with UAE Anthem, then stories to
end it with group works.

Implementing Learning:

 She needs to focus more on the learning approaches like KWL or the cooperative method in her
teaching styles.

Assessment:

 Mouza need to develop her formative and summative tools more effectively.
