HR Admin Assignment:

Background:

Each Restaurant:

1 x Assistant Manager

3 x Supervisors

1 x Kitchen Manager

15 x Front of house Crew

15 x Kitchen Crew

Boojum are planning to open a new restaurant in Dublin city centre

The opening date is the 1st of May.

In order to facilitate this the HR Admin needs to attract, interview, hire and induct a team of the
above for the restaurant ensuring all legal requirements and standards are adhered to.

Once inducted the training team will organise training plans but will work closely with the HR Admin
to ensure all performance reviews are scheduled and completed – each person needs a weekly
review and a final sign off at week four.

Please outline as the HR Admin how you will organise the above with the support of the HR
manager.

Concurrently a recent employee survey has revealed that there are engagement issues with one of
the teams in Dublin city centre – they do not feel valued and feel disconnected from the rest of the
company.

Please outline how you would propose to improve the engagement levels of the employees in this
restaurant, with the support of the management team in said restaurant

You can use whichever recruitment platforms / organisational tools you are used to.
