The Fresh Pizza restaurant was founded in 2016 by Mr. Samnang, Samnang graduated
from The Royal University of Phnom Penh and now he run a very successful restaurant
industry. The first ever branch of the Fresh Pizza was open at Tul Tum Pung. This company
focusses on a number of key factors. First, the store environment. They try their best to
provide a store that is very clean and tidy, not just that the store also has a really gorgeous
design, it also provides a comfortable place for their customers to eat. Secondly, the staff,
before offering a job at The Fresh Pizza they carefully select their employs through an
interview after they got selected they must be train for a few months to make sure that all
employs provide the best service to their customers as they possibly can. Finally, the food,
the Fresh Pizza serve fresh and high quality food with reasonable price. They always make
sure that their ingredients are fresh and to make it affordable all of their ingredients are
bought from our local The motto that he always uses is ‘100% customer satisfaction’.

Organizational Structures
The structure of the store is very clear and rigorous, as the staff is an important part of
how well a store works. For each store, he divides in to three main sections there are
Manager team, Front of house (FOH) team, Back of house (BOH) team. The manager team
is a group that oversees the entire store that operates the systems, The FOH team represents
the in-store customer in-person they meet and interact with the customers. It divides in to
two position. First, Supervisor the supervisor manages the staff and do their best to provide
good service to meet the customer need they also assign task for the staff. Second, staffs are
the group off people who provide service and serve food to the customers. the BOH team is
the group of staffs who work in the kitchen, they are two group of BOH (Cooking staff and
the culinary staff )team they do their best to cook for the customers and make sure that the
food is well prepared to the restaurant stander. and what really makes this store stand out is
the staff knowledge. the company offers a short training course for its employees related to
food safety, service standard and many other knowledge for staff to be more knowledgeable
about the importance and role of each noodle , the challenges may come one day.
Furthermore, the best and most outstanding staff in the store will be training and promote to
a higher position in the store

Marketing Structures
They divided there marketing structures into four main elements, those elements are
Product, Prize, Placement, Promotion. Each of these elements plays a huge role in the
business. They did their research and development known as R&D for all of the elements.
 Product
The Fresh Pizza Cambodia offers a verity of food to order from there menu. Such as,
burger, pasta, chicken wings, sandwich and their main product is pizza. Furthermore,
they also offer drinks and other appetizer as well. Unlike other fast food restaurant in
Cambodia the Fresh Pizza support local product and they buy all of their ingredient
from our local framers. They offer great customer service and also make their food
fresh every day.

 Prize
The Fresh Pizza provide high quality product with reasonable prize, starting from
$1.60 sandwich up to $13.95 large pizza customers can enjoy delicious and freshly
made food with high quality product at a low prize.
 Placement
Currently there is only one branch for this fast food restaurant and it located in 464
Street 163 BougKangKong III Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh Cambodia. If you live
far from their location they also provide a delivery service witch make it more
convenience for their customers.

 Promotion
The Fresh Pizza also offer a special promotion as well such as buy 2 get 1 free on
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and on Tuesday & Friday you can
get a buy 1 get 1 free promotion. Moreover, they also have their promotion set where
you can get more food for a better deal.

Achievements
From 2016 until now The Fresh Pizza had achieve so many great things. They start as a
small company but with a perfect planning and great management team combine with skill
and well train their business is getting bigger and bigger and new formula and pizza are
being created. In the future the Fresh pizza are planning to expanded their company build
new branches and improve their product and service

Conclusion and Recommendation


 Conclusion
In conclusion, Fresh pizza was open to public in 2016, the first store was located at
Tul Tom Pung. The company focus on three main keys factor they are store
environment, their staffs and lastly their food. The company always try their very best
to meek the store clean, make their customers feel comfortable provide good services
and make sure that their food is always fresh. To run this company, they need a store
manager who looks after the staffs and the store, two assistances to help the sore
manager, one supervisor to check and make sure the staffs provide the best service as
possible, the FOH team who provide the service to the customers and lastly the BOH
team who work in the kitchen to cook food for the customers. The company train their
employees in a short cause program to make sure that they will have the right skill and
knowledge to work in the company. The company four element of marketing are
product price promotion and placement.

 Recommendation
I highly recommend to try out a local pizza restaurant so you can experience a fresh
pizza with some Asian twist. The fresh pizza it is the best pizza in town with reasonable
price and good quality food, service and a comfortable place to eat.
