Dear sir,
Ref. to your trailing mail it is requested for submission of all hard copy documents required doe inspection, as MTCs of
raw materials, TCs of billets/blooms/slabs, co-related procuremwnt documents, galvanization records and your internal inspection reports
to the office of the Chief Engineer-I(E), QC&I, DVC, KOL for taking up the inspection work.
Further it is intimated that the materials of grade as stipulated in the technical spec is only acceptable.

reference.
