●2mm & 4mm packing plates are not ready.

● DVC vide mail dtd 18.12.18 informed to call for
inspectn of packing plates which were excluded in
last DI-78 dtd, 20.11.2018 & furnish the status of
KP/Raipur/331/DV p/plt in the current offered lot.
●KPTL vide mail dtd, 19.12.18 confirmed that
C/FM/IC-05 dtd, procurement of 2mm & 4mm plt from DVC
Galv. Str Tower 06.12.2018 approved vendors is yet under process and offered
materials- reached QC&I for separate inspection of the p/plts.
509.844MT from SPE vide Dy. ●DVC vide mail dtd, 26.12.18 questioned the
No.- 7 dtd, usability of the material (erection completion)
13.12.2018 without the packing plates & added that as the plts
are integral part of the tower str, it would be
prudent to inspect the whole material at a single
go.
Response from the vendor is yet awaited.

●DVC vide mail dtd, 18.12.18 requested KPTL for

HDG B&N- SEC/BI/KPTL/WO- submission of:
48.674MT for stubs 331/DVC/03 dtd, i) co-related MTC's of raw materials.
& Towers, 9Kg spw 10.12.18 received Ii) manufacturer's internal test certificates
and 138Kg B&N for vide Dy. No. 529 iii) packing list of the offered lot
accessories. dtd, 11.12.18 Response from the vendor is yet awaited.
