For the interview I will be wearing dress pants/slacks and nice black shoes or dress shoes. I will
also be wearing a crimson red button down/dress shirt with a black vest and a black vest.

Opening:
Hi, thank you so much for taking the time to sit down with me to let me interview you (shakes
hand). It means a lot to me that you'd answer my questions.

Orientation:
As I mentioned in my email I reached out to you because of an assignment in my communication
class. The assignment was to interview someone in the profession that we wish to go into when
we grow up and graduate college, and I am very interested in engineering.

The questions I ask you will be about your job and what you do. Specifically three categories;
Education and Setup, Day to Day, and Business. The whole interview will be about 30 mins or
less. At the end of the interview I have an short evaluation for you to fill out that is completely
confidential. It just asks about me as an interviewer and my professionalism.

Do you have any questions before we start?

Again thank you so much for taking the time to sit down with me. There are just a few more

honestly. Your answers will not effect my grade it is only to help improve my skills as an
interviewer.

Next up, is to prove that we had our interview I need to get a picture of us together, may I take
that really quick?

Alright that is everything that I have so with that thank you again and you have a wonderful rest
of the night (stands up and shakes hand).
