Many people are different & many people have different things that are important to

them, in fact everyone as an individual does. What I refer to when I say “something important

to them” is something they value, and love unconditionally, this thing always comes first. A

symbol is an image that represents something. In my Mandala, I found 5 symbols to represent

the important things in my life.

The first symbol that I chose was a heart representing my mom and dad. I chose a heart

because even though they are seperated, I love them unconditionally as a whole, and I will

forever remain to think of us as one whole family and basically because they make up my heart.

They have always done everything they can for my siblings and I, and pushed me the hardest

with my education to always do the best I can.

The second symbol that I chose was a happy face to represent my happiness. I think my

own personal happiness is important to me because it is extremely vital to my own goals in life

and can help me cherish other personal ambitions and goals that I have set for myself. With

happiness being important to me it can also change many others by just being ourselves.

The third symbol that I chose was a boy and girl holding hands to represent my brothers

being important to me. I chose this to represent their importance because I have two older

brothers that are my best friends that I argue with 24/7. They are my role models and I look up

to them, and how far and successful in life they are getting. They motivate and encourage me

to always want to do better and be successful.

The fourth symbol that I chose was a dog with a heart. I chose this to represent my dog,

Champ, who is a Yorkie Terrier. The most heartwarming best friend you can ever have in a small

furry creature. On my lowest days when I’m feeling down and stressed out I can always look

forward to coming home to him and just his joyful energetic energy brings so much happiness

and joy into my life.

The fifth symbol that I chose was a promising handshake to represent my friends, but

more my best friend. I can forever say that my best friend is important to me because when I

am having hard days, she sticks around and helps with advice and just is a shoulder I can lean

on. She is important because she brings such happy vibes to my life, and brings out the weird,

goofy, inner me around her.

These are the five symbols that I chose to put in my Mandala to represent all the things

that are important to me. Also the meanings behind why I chose the items that I chose to be my

most important.
