From CEO's Desk
Dear Members,
As you are aware, a separate Training Vertical to cater the training
requirements of Banking and financial sector was formed in IIBF and
has been functioning since 2012 in tandem with the vision and mission of the organization.
IIBF has state-of-the-art training facilities at its Leadership center in Mumbai. Since last year,
the Institute has also been conducting the training programmes for the Bank staff in our
Professional Development Centers located in Chennai, Kolkata and New Delhi respectively.
I have pleasure to note that various Banks and FIs have been consistently and continuously
supporting IIBF's training activities during the last 6 years.
The Institute has been circulating yearly Training calendar and the calendar for the year 2018
is ready for circulation. Care has been taken to design new courses and also to continue with
the existing programmes which are regularly demanded by the banks. We also update the
programmes wherever required.
The Institute is also conducting customized in company programmes for different banks
within the country and abroad as well, based on the requirements in different areas including
the Trainers Training. Customized training programmes are conducted at our campus or in
the concerned bank's premises. Utmost care is taken to make each programme participative,
interactive and a trainee oriented rather than just a trainer managed programme. Our well
informed and experienced Faculty Members and learned empanelled guest Faculties give
abundant value additions in each programme to ensure considerable improvement in the exit
behavior of the trainees compared to their entry behavior.
This Training Calendar 2018 does not include the post examination class room training in our
Blended Courses under the Capacity building as per the regulatory guidelines which will be
scheduled separately based on the number of passed candidates at different locations, apart
from the virtual classes being broadcasted from our Leadership Centre at Mumbai as per the
scheduled dates communicated to the candidates in advance.
This year your Institute has stepped into the 90th year of service to the banking industry.
We seek continued support of the banking community for our various training and other
academic endeavors.
