Congratulations!
We recognized your outstanding ideas, thoughtful minds, and the enormous
passion after putting you in several assessment and a thorough appraisal. You left
a deep impression and we are convinced that you have the intellectual energy to
flourish in this club. We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted as
the official member of UNTAN Model United Nations Club. We hope that you are
as excited as we are to start the journey of being the delegates of the first ever
MUN Club in this province.

Along with this acceptance letter, we have attached a PDF file consists of Rules of
Procedures (ROP). You will find this ROP very helpful to get more insights about
how Model United Nations works. We wish that you would take a look of this ROP
before our first meeting*. (This ROP is under the copyright of Indonesia MUN, the
pioneer of varsity level MUN in Indonesia, so to use this file commercially will be illegal
and we also highly recommend you to do not share it with any of your friends or
acquaintances who are not a part of UNTAN MUN Club).

Remember, being a part of UNTAN MUN Club means that you are one of the first
members ever to be involved in MUN in West Borneo. We are looking forward to
work with you, together in building this platform for us to develop ourselves. Once
