Attitude of High School Students of Felisberto Verano National High School


towards English

This questionnaire will take approximately 20 minutes to finish and is concerned with
your attitude toward English. Please be assured that your identity is completely
confidential.
Direction: In this section please read each of the following statements carefully; then
check the box that best represents the level of your agreement to the statement.
