    RENTAL TARIFFS FOR VENUES-2019

    SPECIFICATIONS
    • Capacity:300 people
    • Tables and chairs
    • Sound: Bluetooth portable speakers are available

    RENTAL RATES
    • Weekdays – R800
    • Weekends- R1000
    • Use of kitchen-to be confirmed
    • SAMPRA (South African Music Performance Rights Association) license fee R160.53 per function
    were music is played. ALL AMOUNTS EXCLUDE VAT

    • Temporary liquor license to be supplied to venue owner in advance should a cash bar be
    operated by non-US user.
    Additional R150 per function if any alcohol is served.
    • No smoking is permitted in the venue. A designated smoking area is available outside
    the hall.
    • The Venue Owner do not accept liability for lost property/goods afterwards
    • Deposit payable to secure booking: R600 (no VAT is payable on deposit). The deposit is
    refundable should there be no damage to property and/or equipment, or should the
    venue not be cleaned to the original state.
    Booking Cancellation Fee: 50% of deposit
