HIGHLIGHTS OF THE MEETING

The meeting started at 2:25 pm with the presence of ___ teachers and 10 Planning Team Members.
Ms. Cherry May M. Cado, School Planning Secretary prepared attendance sheet, while Mrs. Nancy C.
Garcia, the school principal preside the meeting. She explained the agenda of the meeting.

The first agendum about the review of Annual Implementation Plan SY 2016-2017. It tackled about
the target projects such as:

Mrs. Garcia, congratulates the team members and teachers in achieving the target for the school
year 2016-2017 which reflected in AIP. And she challenges everyone to help hand-in-hand in attaining the
target project for the next school year.

The second agendum about Electrical Wiring particularly located in Senior High School Building.
The mentioned building has an issue on electrical, cannot supply sufficient amount of electricity to be
utilized especially of the students taking Computer System Servicing.
In order to address this issue, the school administration through the approval of the GPTA Officers
come up to the solution by Fund Raising through Ninang at Ninong ng Pasko 2016. Each teachers are
official candidates and it was raised amounting to P80,000.00.

Aside from that, there are more school problems arises such as Lack of Water Facility to addressed
the safe drinking area of the students, the school administration once again utilized the PTA Fees for the
installation of said project.

which has been part of the successful projects in school year.

The second agendum about the school problems and solutions. Listed below are identified
problem/s and the solution/s such as:
-Lack Water Facilities & Pump there is no installed drinking station inside the school where the
students get safe drinking water as well as handwashing area. Solution to this, construction of Water
Facilities to accommodate the needs of the students particularly in water supply.
- Insufficient Students’ Chair due to the increasing number of students’ one of the issue that faced
of the school is the insufficient students’ chair, this was addressed by repairing wooden chairs and utilized
chairs which from the DepEd.
- Electrical Wiring in each classroom. This is problem of few classrooms broken wires or need
replacement. Problems were addressed by utilizing excessed electrical materials available in Physical
Facilties Office thru Mr. Eddie N. Alde Jr, the School Physical Failities Coordinator.

The second agendum about the school problems and solution mainly for SY 2018-2019 such as:
- Insufficient Learning Materials some learning areas had insufficient materials that necessary
in teaching-learning. It was addressed by utilizing the available resources and shared books to
the other subject teachers.
- Inadequate Ventilation, necessity in a conducive teaching-learning environment so that
students’ are learned well. To addressed this teachers provide materials .
- Lack of Water Supply in some classrooms. Particularly in TVL Building, there are cases that
there is no water especially in bathroom that mainly used in cleaning bathroom. This was
addressed thru Mr. and Ms. Foundation. The fund raised was utilized by purchasing additional
water pump.
- Insufficient Classroom due to the increasing number of students especially in Grade 10 makes
it 3 section. The 2 section utilized the Amphitheatre to hold its classes.
- Cutting of Classes. There are students that caught internet café during class hours. It was
addressed by calling the attention of the owner and Barangay Officials.
- Early Pregnancy Students’ there are cases about this matter. The school administration
provide Home Based study or Modular to the identified students through the guidance of
subject teacher.
