AGREEMENT

This agreement is entered into by the following parties on this ________ day of
February, 2015.

______________________, of legal age, Filipino and residing at

_______________________, hereinafter referred to as the "first party", and;

_______________________, of legal age, Filipino and residing at

_______________________, hereinafter referred to as the "second party".

Whereas the first party is the registered owner of a parcel of land located at
____________________, covered by TCT #'s _____________________________.

Now, therefore, in consideration of the aforementioned premise, the parties hereby

agree that in the event that the aforementioned property is sold, at the minimum amount of
______________________________________ PESOS (Php _______________) shall be paid by
the first party to the second party from the proceeds of the sale.

And the amount over ___________________ (Php___________) shall be given to the

agent as commission and expenses for deed of sale, capital gains tax and documentary stamp/s.
