SALE OF REALTY

AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF LAND WITH DOWN PAYMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT, made and executed by and between _____________, of legal age,
single/married to ___________, Filipino, with residence and post office address at ______________________,
hereinafter known as the FIRST PARTY;

-and-

________________________________________________________, of legal age, with residence and post office

address at _____________________________________________________________ hereinafter known as the SECOND
PARTY;

W I T N E S S E T H:

1. That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND
PESOS (P 580,000.00), Philippine Currency, to be paid as hereinafter provided, the FIRST
PARTY, hereby agrees to sell unto the SECOND PARTY, the following described parcel of
land:

DESCRIPTION

Portion of Lot 2450 with Tax Dec. No. 15-TY-004-00230 containing an area
of SEVENTY EIGHT (78) SQUARE METERS, more or less and in between
Cecilia Lopez Property and Tax Dec. No. TY-13-004-00231.

2. That said SECOND PARTY hereby agrees to purchase said premises at said consideration of
FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 580,000.00), Philippine Currency, and to
pay the same as follows:

a. Upon execution of this Agreement, the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php
500,000.00), Philippine Currency.

b. Upon delivery of the instruments of sale, and the muniments of title, the amount of
EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 80,000.00), Philippine Currency;

c. The last payment of Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 80,000.00) will be released on
staggered as per needed payment for titling and others, miscellaneous expenses.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties have hereunto set their hands this _____ day of
