Install AnyConnect and Certificates for

Cisco VPN access

1. Install AnyConnect

1. Once the VPN client/Certificates are loaded you need to load the AnyConnect software. Unzip
and install the file:

 2. Launch the Cisco Any Connect VPN client. Enter one of the hostnames below into the “Connect
to” field the click the “select” button.
a. shcvpngw3.searshc.com = Troy Cisco ASA VPN Appliance Cluster
b. shcvpngw4.searshc.com = Hoffman Estates Cisco ASA VPN Appliance Cluster

Note: Cisco AnyConnect VPN client is compatible with shcvpngw3.searshc.com and

shcvpngw4.searshc.com only

3. Type in your provided credentials and you are connected to the VPN

2. Load Certificates

1. Open browser. Click the following link to connect to the Certificate Authority Server:

https://ca.searshc.com:18005

2. You will get a warning of an untrusted page. Click Continue to the Website

3. Enter your ID and password:

5. This page is confirming you have the certificate exit out:

6. If you are not automatically connect go back to the Cisco VPN AnyConnect interface and enter
your credentials:
