    I. Call to Order:
    The meeting is call to order by the Presiding officer Hon. Mary Ann T. Ramirez at
    exactly 9:00 O’clock in the Morning to start with opening Prayer by Hon. Mary Ann Ramirez and
    followed by our NATIONAL ANTHEM by Hon. Lyn Mae Benitez then, the roll call of
    ATTENDANCE are quorum .

    II. Reading, Correction and Approval of Various Minutes:


    Reading the previous Minutes (BRK), Hon. Irvin Tagbar motion to Approved the
    previous minutes duly seconded by Hon. Rumulo Castil.

    III. Business for the day:


    Presiding Officer Hon. Mary Ann Ramirez: Ang atong sk mo report sa mga expenses sa
    abot sa nabalabag ug samoyao.

    Hon. Irvin Tagbar: naa tay balayran sa Day Care 1,100 kapin.
    Hon. Emmalyn Rebusa: Oo naa nya wala na tay cuarta ang abot sa Table asa diay
    Hon. Lyn Mae Benitez: Gitipon ra.
    Hon. Emmalyn Rebusa: pila ang nasulicit
    Hon. Lyn Mae Benitez: 5,000 ang subra ako gipalit ug bola.

    Presiding officer Mary Ann Ramirez: Ipagawas tanan ang Expenses


    Hon. Emmalyn Rebusa: Ako na pud mo report sa Emergency…
    Hon. Irvin Tagbar: nay duh aka bill 500.00 ako pangayoon ang usa 300.00. Ang utang sa womens
    590.00.
    Hon.Stephen John Rebusa: ang ako bill ako pa lantawon.
    Hon. Eddie Tablate: Unahon ug bayad ka Irvin kay Negosyo na.
    Hon. Mary Ann Ramirez: kita ug unsa ato gikasabutan ato humanon.
    Hon. Rumulo Castil: ako gihatag sa BRK 300.00 giingnan man ko Sally dili ta mohatag. Sunod
    ug naa tay dalawaton tag. 300.00 ato ihatag sa BRK, mag uniform para tibook iya madawat.
    Hon. Mary Ann Ramirez: Approbahan nato na sunod Session. Ang atong BADAK meeting
    kinahanglan mo attend ta kay ug absent mag penalty ug 200.00.
    Presiding Officer Mary Ann Ramirez: wala na lain hisgutan.

    IV. OTHER MATTERS:

    V. ADJOURMENT:
    ADJOURMENT DECLARED at 11:00 O’clock in the morning upon motion by Hon. Rumulo
