MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF NAGA BARANGAY COUNCIL, NAGA, JIMENEZ, MISAMIS
OCCIDENTAL ON OCTOBER 5, 2017 AT TWO O’CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON ( 2:OO P.M. ) AT NAGA
SESSION HALL.

CALL TO ORDER: The regular session was called to order by the Acting Punong Barangay at two o’clock
in the afternoon (2:00 P.M.), followed by an invocation led by Kagawad Alfredo M. Hilot and the singing of
the Pambansang Awit.

ROLL CALL & DECLARATION OF QUORUM: The recorder called the roll. Nine members of the Barangay
Officials were present. Then the Acting Punong Barangay declared the existence of quorum.

READING, CORRECTION & APPROVAL OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES: The Sangguniang Barangay
members quietly read the previous minutes of the previous session. After which there being no corrections
on motion of Kagawad Alfredo M. Hilot seconded by Kagawad Eliza M. Yasay the minutes of the
September 21, 2017 was approved.

Agenda:

Barangay Assembly
-Punong Barangay Francisco C. Camimo announced to the Barangay Council members that there
will be an upcoming synchronized Barangay Assembly, October 8, 2017 @ 6:00 PM at Barangay Naga
Function Hall.
