A Production Engineer graduate with total experience of over 24 years Rich total Industry experience of 14 years in
Machine Tool building , Textile and Auto component Industry.

Worked as Manufacturing Head and hands on experience of Operation , Stores Management , Quality Control ,
Quality Assurance , Supply Chain , Maintenance , Vendor Development and PPC.

A Gamba man and ability to identify waste activities and skill in Man – Machine balancing. Associated with CII since
past 12.5 years having worked with Munjal Showa Supplier 2 clusters , ABB ( Faridabad) , JCB Supplier Cluster
(Faridabad) , Heterogeneous cluster Ludhiana , Vadodara and Indore / Bhopal as a counselor. Also Worked as a
Mentor for JCB Supplier Cluster II and MINDA Supplier Cluster Rudrapur , with JCB Supplier Advance cluster and HR
International ( hand Tool industry) as a Counselor.

Currently working as Principal Counselor at CII and Heading Manufacturing Excellence Vertical in CII Centre of
Excellence for Competitiveness and mentoring Basic clusters and Advance level clusters. Also Mentor for India’s first
ZED ( Zero Defect Zero Effect) cluster and developed training material on several ZED topics.

He is also Project Coordinator and member of selection committee for Indo German Manager Training programme
and working with GIZ , Federal Ministry of Germany and helping Indian CEOs for imparting hands on experience for
“How to do business with Germany” and through this programme over 350+ participants are benefited
