Leaders Fonim(WELF), which will be held from July 7th~12th, 2019 in Busan and from July
13th~19th, 2019 in seoul and Muju, Korea. .

Fellowship(IYF)onJuly20]8,broughttogether22MinistersofYouthaswel]as76educationleaders
from 22 countries, to exchange ideas on Character Education as well as to establich a mutual netwol.k
between educational institutions and goverments. This year's foam will bring together ministers
from 60 countries and leaders of various universities to strengthen the minds of students and discuss
viewson`CharacterEducation'forthebettermentofourstudentsandcreateintemationalcooperation.
The fonm will be divided into t`ve periods with the I st week held in Busan and the 2nd week in Seoul
and Muju, whereby you will be able to select the participating week of your choice.

We are confident that this uniquely redesigned Forum will bring us closer to fmding a solution to the
issues faced by today.s students and prepare a brighter future for then. We would greatly appreciate
