DESIGNATION AS HEAD OF THE MORINGA PROJECT

GABALDON CAMPUS

TO : MS. MELISSA R. MEDINA

I. You are hereby designated as Head of Moringa Project, effective immediately.

II. Organizational Relationship

1. You are to report directly to the Dean of the College of Agriculture.
2. You are to coordinate with the University Research Services Department in the
performance of your duties and functions as such.

III. Duties/Functions/Responsibilities:
1. Serve as Head of the Moringa Project;
2. Supervise the operation of Moringa Project;
3. Prepare research and development agenda for the Moringa Project;
4. Direct and supervise the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of
the project;
5. Cause and direct the preparation of annual, short-term plans, programs, project
and budgets for integration in the University research plans;
6. Coordinate with the University colleges/campuses and departments on matter
involving research activities in moringa project, specifically with the Research
and Extension Department;
7. Represent the project in appropriate bodies both within and outside the University
on matters pertaining to research and development in moringa;
8. Submit to the Dean’s Office and Director of the University Research Services
Department, monthly, quarterly, semestral and annual reports on the
performance/accomplishments of the project; and,
9. Perform other moringa project-related duties and responsibilities delegated from
time to time by the Dean of the College of Agriculture and by the Director of the
University Research Services Department.

IV. This designation shall be enforced for a period of one (1) year from the date of effectivity
or until revoked. Designation or revocation of designation is subject to faithful, loyal,
efficient and effective performance of stated functions, duties and responsibilities as
determined through an evaluation of performance.

V. In addition to above stated duties, functions and responsibilities appurtenant to your

designation, you shall be on vacation-sick leave status in accordance with Sec. 8, Rule
XVI, Book V of Executive Order No. 292 and its Omnibus Rules as amended.

VI. The support and cooperation of all concerned are hereby solicited for the good of the
service.

TO : MS. ELEONOR D. ALFONSO

I. You are hereby designated as Project In-Charge of Tissue Culture Laboratory,
effective immediately.

II. Organizational Relationship

1 You are to report directly to the Dean of the College of Agriculture.
2. You are to coordinate with the University Research Services Department in the
performance of your duties and functions as such.
III. Duties/Functions/Responsibilities:
1. Serve as Project In-Charge of the Tissue Culture Laboratory;
2. Maintain the operation, cleanliness and orderliness of the Tissue Culture
Laboratory;
3. Prepare research and development agenda for the Tissue Culture;
4. Direct and supervise the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of
the plans. programs and activities of the projects;
5. Cause and direct the preparation of annual, short-term plans, programs, project
and budgets for integration in the University research plans;
6. Coordinate with the University colleges/campuses and departments on matter
involving research activities in tissue culture, specifically with the Research and
Extension Department;
7. Represent the Project in appropriate bodies both within and outside the University
