AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION OF ORAL PARTITION

I, TEOFILO QUIBOY married, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and presently

residing at Brgy. Tao- taon , Inopacan , Leyte , after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the surviving heir of Flavia Quiboy who is one the successors - in –

interest of Raymundo Asmolo .

2. My grand father Raymundo Asmolo owned a parcel of land in Brgy Tao-taon

, Inopacan, Leyte under tax declaration 0047 in the year 2009 , with an area
more or less .7176 has. particularly described as follows ;

Bounded on the North : 112, 110,111

East : 108, 107,105
South : 104
West : 116 ,119

3. After the death of my grandfather Raymundo Asmolo leaving no debts and

no will his direct Heirs – my mother (Flavia Quiboy) and her siblings made
an oral partition among themselves for that parcel of land.

4. In turn my mother – Flavia Quiboy and her siblings as successors-in- interest

of Raymundo Asmolo got their respective shares.

6 .I am not opposing for the titling of the parcel land in the name of Marciano
Asmolo as he is also one of the direct heirs of Raymundo Asmolo and
therefore entitled to his share .
