(P100,000.00), Philippine Currency, in hand paid to me in full satisfaction and acknowledged to
have received from the Vendee, GEORGE T. LIM, likewise Filipino, of legal age, married and
a resident of 16 J.A. Clarin Street, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, by these presents do
hereby SELL, CONVEY AND TRANSFER unto said Vendee, GEORGE T. LIM, his heirs, assigns
and successors-in-interest, the above-described motorized vehicle of which I am the duly
registered owner;

That I, MR. FEDERICO E. ACUÑA, declare that the above-described motorized vehicle
is free from liens and/or encumbrances and that I shall defend the right and peaceful ownership
thereof of VENDEE from any and all claims of third persons whomsoever and whatsoever.
