Warranties

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

 Free from defects is design, workmanship and materials

 Giving proper and continuous service under the conditions specified in the contract
 In conformity with all other requirement of the contract

WARRANTY WILL COVER THE SHORTEST OF THE TWO FOLLOWING TERMS:

 Twelve (12) months from installation and commissioning.

 Fourteen (14) months since delivery at destination.

DEFECTIVE PARTS:

If any equipment covered by this contract is defective in the design, materials,

workmanship, operating characteristics or performance, the Purchaser will notify in
writing to us, which will then have the obligation to repair and/or substitute such
equipment at its own cost and/or accept a reduced payment for it as negotiated case by
case between the Parts. No other liabilities will be attributable in such cases, other than
the ones specifically mentioned here.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This warranty does not cover the disposable cartridge filters whose service life depends on
feed water conditions, in additions; the membrane is only warranted if the required feed
water conditions are met.

The above warranty will also not apply to any part of the RO Water plant that is damaged
because of neglect, misuse, alterations, accident, misapplication, physical damage, or
damage caused by fire, acts of God, freezing or hot waters or similar causes.

We recommend that you use only authorized replacement parts advised by us since
improper parts or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair voids this warranty.

Note: During warranty period consumable like cartridge filter and chemicals will be
provided on cost.

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT 100% advance irrevocable L/C

DELIVERY PERIOD 16 – 20 weeks for receipt of purchase order and advance

payment.

DELIVERY  For Section 1 & 2: FOB, Karachi Seaport, Pakistan.

 For Section 3: FOB, Shanghai Seaport, China
Mainland.

VALIDITY Our offer is valid for 30 days, after which it is subject to

revision or our written confirmation.

INCLUSION The Plant would include the following system as explained

in;
 The plant hardware as indicated in the submitted in
scope of supply.
 Supervision of installation & commissioning of the
plant

ESCALATION  Unloading at your plant.

 Building works.
 Hydraulic and Electric connection out of scope.
 Civil works relating to R.C.C foundation and
structures.
  Any item or services not specified, included in the
offer.

FORCE MAJEURE We are giving this offer in good faith; however, we shall not
be responsible for any civil disturbance, riot and any act of
God, which is not under our control and all other such
condition.

NOTE: Our plant is designed on complete indoor basis.

 Tickets, Visa Cost, Local Accommodation, Food, and
internal transfer cost for 4-5 persons will be at
client’s end.
 Installation/Commissioning charges/day/person is
USD. 100/-
 5-8 persons (Skilled Labor) will be required from
customers like welders, fitters etc.
 Civil Work is not included in our scope of supply.
