RESOLUTION ALLOCATING FUND FOR THE CONDUCT OF SK JOBS

FAIR 2019 ON JULY 16, 2019 AMOUNTING TO FIFTEEN THOUSAND
AND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (15, 500.00)

WHEREAS, according to RA 10742 Section 2, Declaration of State Policies

and Objectives. – The State recognizes the vital role of the youth in nation-
building .and thus, promotes and protects their physical, moral, spiritual,
intellectual and social well-being, inculcates in them patriotism, nationalism
and other desirable values, and encourages their involvement in public and
civic affairs.

WHEREAS, according to RA 10742 Section 20 (c), All Sangguniang

Kabataan funds shall be allocated in an annual budget, and if the funds
allow, in a supplemental budget in accordance with the adopted Annual
Barangay Investment Program. Both the Comprehensive Barangay Youth
Development Plan and Annual Barangay Investment Program shall give
priority to programs, projects and activities that will promote and ensure the
… livelihood… which emphasizes leadership training;

WHEREAS, this program will give way to more opportunities for the youth in
that will eventually turn into creation of jobs and employment.
WHEREAS, it aims to inform and engage the youth, students and residents
of the Barangay in various government programs and services.
