Submitted herewith is our Operational Strategic Plan in the observation of “Holy Week” from April
13 to 16, 2017 known as our “OPLAN SEMANA SANTA 2017.” Our special deployment
schedule for this holiday will start on the evening of April 13, 2017 and end on the morning of
April 17, 2017.

I. SITUATION:

HOLY WEEK is a weekend for employees from the government and private sectors but it is more
of a concern on the security implementation to ensure the security and safety of the properties and
facilities of our clients.

III. POTENTIAL PROBLEMS DURING THE LONG NON-WORKING


HOLIDAY:
1. Drinking intoxicating liquor while on duty.
2. Grouping and playing cards or gambling.
3. Unauthorized use of client equipment or facilities like driving of vehicles, using air-
condition unit, cooking, playing basketball, etc.
4. Internal agreement between two guards to render straight 24 hours duty without
coordination from the Operations Department.
5. Allowing unauthorized person to enter inside their area of responsibility especially
woman.
6. Abandoning of post or leaving post without reliever by sometimes using agency service
motorcycle.
7. Improper uniform or sometimes wearing civilian attire.

IV. SCOPE OF WORK:

1. DEPLOYMENT

 Check guards detail and the actual posting of guards.


 Ensure that all posts area manned and guards on duty are physically and mentally
prepared for work.
 No guard shall be allowed to render his duties while ill or under the influenced of
intoxicating liquor.
 Guard on duty should render his duties on the prescribed number of hours except
during exigencies and earlier approved by the client.
 Ensure that all roving guards are properly/regularly conducting paneling inspection
every 30 minutes.

2. SECURITY INFORMATION

 Interview the guards on their activities, observations and incidents at or near their
posts that may affect security operations.
 Review the logbooks and take note of important data contained therein.
 Ask the guards of their comments or recommendations pertaining their duties and
responsibilities at their respective posts.
 Gather vital information from guards concerning the overall security of the area.
 Check validity and authenticity of the security license of security guards on duty.

3. SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT


 Check the general appearance of the guard including his paraphernalia and
recommend for the replacement of it if necessary.
 Check the availability of supplies used by the guards especially logbooks and bond
papers.
 Conduct actual inventory of equipment such as radios, firearms, metal detectors,
computer/printer, etc. to determine its exact counting, operational condition and
serial numbers.
4. INTELLIGENCE
 Gather information that is useful, relevant and timely to the existing security
procedure.
 Inquire any information on acts of fraud or any form of irregularity that may involve
agency officers and staff, security officer and security guards.
5. OTHERS
 Instruct the Detachment Commander or Officer-in-Charge to thoroughly and
consistently panel the perimeters and give special attention to suspicious item/s or
person/s within their areas of responsibility.
 Check terminals and parking areas of the building under our account from any
unauthorized vehicles parked at the area.
V. REPORTORIAL AND COORDINATION
1. Conduct hourly report to the Central Communication Operator at Premium Security
Headquarters in order to give security situation at their respective area of responsibility.
2. Immediately coordinate and render constant feedback to the Executive Vice President
and Operations Head in case of unusual occurrences or incidents at post.

1. Conduct hourly monitoring at all posts and record area status in the hourly monitoring
checklist report that will be submitted to the Operations Manager.
2. Monitor vehicles movement and schedule in coordination with the Operations
Manager.
3. Check movements and locations of the Operations Department Officer and on field and
inquire status of their areas of responsibility.
4. Coordinate with the Operations Manager on any unusual occurrences at any client’s
properties and facilities and in case of incidents.
5. Receive and relay information and instructions from the clients to the Operations
Manager.
6. In case of emergency, refer to our Standard Operating Procedures.
