What is Sanitation?

Sanitation is the reduction of contamination with foreign materials including microorganism to a level that is
harmless to health.

What is Hygiene?

Hygiene is a set of personal practices that contribute to good health. It also means healthy, clean and sensible,
often equated with cleanliness.

What is Clean?

Clean is the removal of soil, food residue, dirt, grease or other objectionable matters, visible to the eye.

What is Contamination?

Contamination is the occurrence of any objectionable matters in the product.

What is Cross Contamination?


Cross contamination are microorganisms or contaminants that are carried from one source to
another.

What is Contaminants?

Contaminants is any object that is harmful to health.
