have more favorable perceptions of social-emotional security and suggest that
these activities provide a safe environment for adolescent growth.

whole family.

Archery helps physical development.

Archers need significant stamina and upper body and core strength to pull the
bow and keep the bow steady while aiming.

Archery teaches growth mindset.

With practice, archers can learn to not get emotional when they make a bad shot.
Instead of attaching their self-worth to performance, they will learn to analyze
their shots with a calm mind and improve int he next rounds.

Archery improves mental toughness.

Archers not only need physical strength, but also mental strength. Just by
practicing archery, young archers will learn patience, focus, and self-motivation.
