CERTIFICATION

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to certify that as far as our records in the MPDC is concerned, our Local
Development Investment Plan (LDIP) is 75% completed and still on the progress for
completion, the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) is on the process for updating,
and The Annual Investment Plan (AIP) has already been submitted to Sangguniang Bayan
last December 5, 2018 for adoption. Our Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) has been
already approved last November 19, 2007 and as for now it is on the stage of progression.
As on the Executive and Legislative Agenda there is no formation has been made since
2016.

This certification is issued upon the Transition Monitoring Report for Local
Governance of Cawayan, Masbate, on this 27th day of June, 2019.
