EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE RESOLUTION #2-S 2023

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CDP)
CY 2016-2022 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF GITAGUM FOR CALENDAR
YEAR 2023
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) is a multi-sectoral plan formulated
by the local government unit in order to promote general welfare, serve as guide for planning and
implementing programs and projects of the LGU and for the effective delivery of quality services
to its inhabitants;
WHEREAS, the CDP contains the programs and projects designed to carry out the goals,
objectives, Mission and Vision of the Local Government Unit of Gitagum, Misamis Oriental;
WHEREAS, the local government of Gitagum is still in the process of updating a climate risk
sensitive CDP for CY 2023-2029;
WHEREAS, National Government Agencies, such as the DILG and DOLE-Tupad, could not
provide technical and financial assistance without an approve CDP
NOW THEREFORE, upon joint motion and severally seconded by all members present, it was
resolved to adopt and approve the adoption of the Comprehensive Development Plan CY 2016-
2022 for CY 2023.
RESOLVE FINALLY, to furnish a copy of the resolution, to the Sangguniang Bayan of
Gitagum for its review and approval
