systems.
 ISM/SMS procedures and safety of personnel, machineries and equipment’s
like Overhauling of Main Engines, Generators, Boilers, Pumps, compressors, and
condensers, etc.
 Technical knowledge of all machineries as Main Engines and its Auxiliary
systems, Cooling system of the cylinders, Lubrication systems,its malfunctioning
and troubleshooting, Fuel system including fuel tanks , piping’s, heating system,
pumping , injection and flow calculation.
 Maintenance, operational and troubleshooting experience on all these
systems as well as Waste Heat
recovery systems (WHRS), Generators, separators, vacuum condensers, all types
of pumps overhauling.
 Experience in all piping systems like Sea water system with variable
frequency drive control system, Fresh water cooling system for HT and LT,
Compressed air and steam systems, Hydro phore System and bilge system.
 Electrical knowledge and safety understanding while handling electric
equipment’s.
 Handling all kind of safety systems including Fire hazard protection and fire
fighting systems e.g. portable fire extinguishers, semi portable, fixed and total
Co2 flooding system, water mist system, Sprinkler System . Understanding of
machineries safety system like Oil mist detectors for crank case and other engine
safeties both on electrical and mechanical side.
